Bob and Jenny have lived in the area for 6 years now, but have enjoyed living in New Zealand for 12 years. The name Minffordd originally comes from Wales where they lived for 20 years and had a cottage of the same name when they were first married. The ‘dd’ in Minffordd is pronounced ‘th’ and the word means ‘beginning of journey’ |

The Animals
They fell in love with Alpacas in 2004 and have bred Hucuaya’s ever since. Minffordd can accommodate alpacas and horses (sorry no dogs) so you don’t need to leave your animals at home!
